Smarter.sh Certified Developers can participate in the Smarter.sh Discussion Forum for Certified Developers. Certified Developers get priority handling of their product support issues. Certified Developers can also participate as beta testers of future releases, gaining an inside track to the latest features in Smarter.sh.  Certified Developers can also participate in semi-annual online meetings with other Certified Developers, to discuss potential new features in the platform, and to help steer the future direction of Smarter.sh.  Smarter.sh Certified Developers can create pull requests to add features and new Plugin modules to the Smarter.sh codebase.
